Participating countries
Nationals of the following countries must apply for visa to the Bulgarian Embassies or Consulates in their countries:
Albania (ALB),
Armenia (ARM),
Azerbaijan (AZE),
Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH),
Belarus (BLR), Georgia (GEO),
*Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (MKD),
Moldova (MDA),
*Montenegro (MNE),
Russia (RUS),
*Serbia (SRB),
Turkey (TUR),
Ukraine (UKR).
Nationals of MKD, MNE and SRB possessing biometric passports do not require visa for Bulgaria.
Visa applications should be made in due time at the relevant Bulgarian Embassy or Consulate. The LOC will assist you by contacting the respective Embassy or Consulate and sending you a visa invitation. In order to avoid any possible troubles, please send us an extended list of all potential participants containing the following information: name (as it appears in the passport), date of birth, number of passport, date of issue and date of expiry.
