Maintenance Electrician

It's for a Maintenance Electrician position at manufacturing facility. So my work clothes would be Dickies and steel toed boots. I dont think a suit & tie are appropriate, do you? Please have some experience as a hiring manager and not only opinions. From what I can tell… Interview attire Maintenance Electrician Grey or navy blue dress trousers, pressed blue or white dress shirt, long-sleeves, pressed black shoes, shined dark socks jewellery should be kept to a minimum and hair should be well groomed. Easy on the aftershave Carry mints for your breath If you look good, you feel good. Dress professionally and err on the side of conservatism, its always best to be overdressed than underdressed (or undressed.) but follow these basic guidelines and you wont go far wrong. For both men and women jewellery should be kept to a minimum and hair should be well groomed. When you are being interviewed it is very important that you give out the right signals. A firm handshake, good eye contact and a winning smile all help to create the desired image. You should always look attentive – so do not slouch in your chair. Good Luck.
